A Slice of Brooklyn Christmas Lights Tour

Monday December 17, 2007
The Brooklyn sky is brighter this holiday season, thanks to the Italian-American neighborhood of Dyker Heights. The area, famous for its elaborate Christmas decorations, currently boasts an array of blinding lights alongside objects like 30-foot toy soldiers and a massive inflatable Santa.

One way to see this extravaganza is to take Tony Muia's Slice of Brooklyn Christmas Lights Tour, which leaves from Union Square at 7pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout December. The tour, which lasts for about 3 1/2 hours, hits all of the Dyker Heights holiday hot spots. Tickets cost $55 for adults and $45 for kids and can be purchased online or by calling (212) 209-3370.
