The Trachtenberg Slide Show Comes to Brooklyn

The Trachtenberg Players, a mother/daughter/father trio, is one family act that you won't want to miss. This group collects random vintage photos from around the country and then sets them to music. The result? A pop-rock slideshow that's both eccentric and entertaining. Teenager Rachel Trachtenburg is a drumming fiend, her father plays the piano and sings, and her mother controls the slides.

Known for their quirky lyrics, the Trachtenberg Family Slide Show Players will be performing in Brooklyn this Saturday, June 28. They'll be at the Market Hotel (1142 Myrtle Avenue), along with Belaire and the Brooklyn-based Vivian Girls. Doors will open at 8pm, and the ticket price is still TBA.
