Disabled Man Left on Bus for 19 Hours: Arrest Made

WCBS reports today that the woman in charge of Ed Rivera, the physically- and mentally-challenged man who was left on a bus overnight on Wednesday in Brooklyn, has been arrested. How both this woman and the bus driver could "forget" Rivera--leaving him strapped in a bus seat in freezing temperatures--is beyond comprehension. Hopefully, justice will be served.
