Brooklyn Brunch, Revisited

It's been nearly a year since I compiled my list of Brooklyn's best brunches, and after a cozy and delicious meal yesterday at the Roebling Tea Room, I've decided it's time to make some additions to the list (a list, which, I'm now realizing, is a work in progress).
I still stand by my original picks (classics like Egg, Tom's, and Patois), but as far as the updates go...
My new #1 recommendation is the cake-like baked pancake at the Roebling Tea Room. Pair it with tea or a perfectly prepared cup of joe and one of the restaurant's spicy Bloody Marys, and I promise, you won't have to eat again for the rest of the day. The service at this Williamsburg spot is cordial and quick, too; you can even eat your breakfast at the bar (especially nice for solo dining with a Sunday paper).
Another new-to-me (though definitely not new to Brooklyn's restaurant scene) brunch destination is Flatbush Farm, where the "toad in a hole" (an organic egg baked into toast and smothered in Cheddar) has recently become near and dear to my heart. Fort Greene's "General Greene" makes the new cut, and over on Smith Street, "Char No. 4" has already received accolades for its $16 prix-fixe brunch. A friend also tells me that Beer Table in Park Slope serves up a fine brunch of waffles and sausage, though I have yet to try it.
So many options, so little time! Know of a can't-miss brunch spot that should be added to my (ever growing) list? E-mail me or comment below.

Aunt Suzie’s on 5th avenue between Carroll and Garfield is a great Sunday brunch place. It’s buffet style, with unlimited mimosas, bellinis, bloody marys, coffee and tea. One of the best I’ve found in Brooklyn!
