Prospect Heights: NYC's Newest Historic District

I just read via Brownstoner that the Landmarks Preservation Commission voted today to make Prospect Heights an official Historic District. Brownstoner's comment? "Woohooooo!" I concur. Congratulations to all who worked so hard to make this happen.
