If you're far from your loved ones -- say, your son is in San Francisco, and you're in New York -- and want to send them something sweet for the Jewish New Year, what to do?
You can always send something from Zabars, of course. But it's really expensive. And do you really want to pay shipping and handling just to send a honey bear, ruggelah and apples?
Here's an idea: try sending some excellent Sephardi pastries from the premier Brooklyn Sephardi pastry shop. It's called Mansoura's. They've been around for years. And, their baklava, maamul with dates , roasted Jordan almonds, candied pistachios, and more are to die for.
