News from the City:
Alternate Side Parking regulations are in effect on Monday, November 26 and Tuesday, November 27 in most of New York City. All other regulations, including parking meters, remain in effect.
Alternate Side Parking regulations are suspended indefinitely in Brooklyn's various Community Boards (CBs), namely: CBs 13, 15, and 18, and west of and including Hamilton Avenue in Brooklyn CB 6, to allow for continued storm cleanup.
What Neighborhoods Have No Alternate Side of Street Parking Rules?
- CB 6: Red Hook, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, Gowanus, and Cobble Hill, west of and including Hamilton Avenue
- CB 13: Coney Island, Brighton Beach, Bensonhurst, Gravesend, and Seagate,
- CB 15: Sheepshead Bay, Manhattan Beach, Kings Bay, Gerritsen Beach, Kings Highway, East Gravesend, Madison, Homecrest, and Plum Beach
- CB 18: Canarsie, Bergen Beach, Mill Basin, Flatlands, Marine Park, Georgetown, and Mill Island
