• Tonight, EPA has a community meeting about the Gowanus Canal clean up.
• At BAM you can see Les Miserables, Django Unchained, Lincoln or Zero Dark Thirty
• At Brooklyn Bowl in Williamsburg you can see The Wailers for the early set and Biz Markey later
• At the Brooklyn Museum you can go on a 6pm tour of Judy Chicago's The Dinner Party, and get a tour called the "Sensory Tour" of 21st century art, and  from 6:30 to 9 hear live jazz by Arturo O'Farrill and Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra.
