WHERE TO BUY A BEAUTIFUL CHRISTMAS TREE IN BROOKLYN

1. On the Street, Near Malls and Major Subway Stops

Starting the weekend after Thanksgiving, and up through Christmas Eve, you will see street vendors selling Christmas trees near all major malls and many subway stations, throughout Brooklyn. Check, for instance, the streets near the Atlantic Mall.

Prices will vary according to how sales are going; you can get the cheapest trees closer to the holiday, of course, but then there's not as good a selection.

2. At Nurseries

If you are looking for something special, head toward one of Brooklyn's nurseries.

3. At Big Box Stores

Of course, you can purchase a Christmas tree at big box stores in Brooklyn such as Home Depot or Lowe's.

4. At Church Fairs

Many local churches sell Christmas trees, both as a public service and as a way to make some extra money. You can ask or call your local church to see when they might be holding a holiday fair or Christmas tree sale.

5. Get Your Tree Delivered

Or, get it delivered, from local vendors or from big box stores! Find out where and how.

6. At School Craft Fairs

Some schools sell Christmas trees as part of their year-end fundraising effort. What a nice way to accomplish two good goals: get a Christmas tree and helping out the local children, too.
