Guide Review

There's no such thing as a quiet night at Larry Lawrence. Stop by earlier and the bar is deserted, but around 11 p.m. people flood in. Maybe it's the great beer and wine selection, but the real allure of this bar has to do with the awesome surroundings. It feels like a secret speakeasy - with brick walls and corner enclaves. Smokers can head upstairs to a small outdoor patio. It's easy to keep an eye on them since it's attached by glass. (Ladies, be careful with the length of your skirts and dresses - standing too close to the edge can give people a free show).

Larry Lawrence is a great bar to take out of towners or people in general that you'd like to impress. The owners are very friendly and flexible when it comes to planning a party. They even do wedding receptions, if you're interested.
