Brooklyn St. Patrick's Day Parade Basics- Location: The parade begins at Prospect Park West and 15th Street, then heads down 15th Street to 7th Avenue. It then follows 7th Avenue to Union Street, where it goes back up to Prospect Park West and ultimately, back to 15th Street.
