Guide Review
Blue Bottle Coffee is a coffee shop meant for stopping in to get a cup - there are few chairs and the back of the place is a roastery, so don't plan a date here. However, going in for some coffee is worth the trip.
Blue Bottle's Coffee philosophy is roasting on a small scale, preparing every single cup of coffee for each person. When you order a coffee, the barista will prepare the cup specifically for you, letting the drip go through the grounds directly into your mug. And of course the grounds are roasted in house: take a look at the equipment while you wait for your order to come up. Drip coffee usually ranges from $2.50 to $3.75 a cup, depending on where the beans are from, and iced coffees will set you back $4 or $4.25. Their milk comes from the local Battenkill Valley Cremery, and chocolate from Mast Brothers Chocolate, a factory just up the street. Though it's a pricier experience, Blue Bottle takes pride in their work. You won't be disappointed by the quality.
