BAMkids Film Festival

Attention, young movie fiends: The BAMkids Film Festival is back in town, and this year it's better than ever. The annual event, presented by the Brooklyn Academy of Music, showcases the world's best children's films over a two-day period.

The fun doesn't stop with the movies! This year, the festival takes place on February 28 and March 1 and includes a bevy of kid-friendly activities like karaoke, live concerts, and face-painting. A few filmmakers will also be on hand to discuss their work.

Tickets will sell quickly, so plan ahead and buy your movie passes now. Adult tickets are $11, and children's tickets are $5. Music shows are $7.
