Along with sister restaurant Marlow & Sons right next door, Diner is simply one of the best restaurants in Brooklyn. Open from brunch, lunch, and dinner service, there is always a bit of a wait for Diner - but your time is well-spent. This seasonal menu, getting its food from local farms, will knock your socks off.

Guide Review
Whether you're in the mood for one of the best burgers in New York, or the most delicious, savory Bloody Mary Williamsburg has to offer, Diner should be your number one choice. Yes, the wait time at Brunch or Dinner on the weekends can get up to an hour or longer. But grab some coffee next door at Marlow & Sons, or sit at the bar for a cocktail and soak in the atmosphere. Diner is literally a vintage Diner, with spinning bar stools and everything: but the port-hole doors and slanted, uneven floors can sometimes make you feel like you're on a houseboat.
Diner has a seasonal menu that is always changing. One night there will be a rack of lamb. Go back two weeks later and it's a flank steak. Though the menus are not vegetarian friendly per se, Diner knows its vegetables, doing unusual greens like Okra in surprisingly delicious ways. Their black eyed peas are through the roof. Homemade pastries, pies, and cobblers for dessert and fantastic cocktails make any meal at Diner a special occasion.
