The Atlantic Mall — a mall variously known as the Atlantic Terminal Mall, the Atlantic Center, and the Atlantic Center Mall — is a shopping complex located at the busy intersection of Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues in in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
Unlike the shops in Penn Station or Washington's Union Station, the Atlantic Center and Atlantic Terminal Malls are not inside the train station. However, one part of the mall is in the same building as the Atlantic Terminal subway and train hub, and can be reached from the trains without going outside.
The Atlantic Mall complex is across the street from the new Barclay Center Nets stadium. It is located one block away from the Brooklyn Academy of Music's main building, the Opera House, and less than a mile from the Brooklyn neighborhoods of Prospect Heights, Boerum Hill, Park Slope, Downtown Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights.
