Guide Review
Brooklyn Winery, located in a gorgeous space on North 8th Street, is the ultimate Urban Winery experience. Not only can you sign up for wine-making classes where you can come away with full or half barrel of your own wine, there is also a wine bar and a full events calendar to foster a community of wine lovers in Williamsburg.
At the bar you'll find yourself surrounded by beautiful wood-paneling and vintage wallpaper - Brooklyn Winery even offers half glasses of wine for serious tasters, and a Winter food menu so you won't get woozy. Any space in the Winery is available for a private event, from the Mezzanine, which fits about 25 people, to the Entire Winery, which fits 250. A perfect place for a laid-back Friday night with friends or a go-all-out wedding reception, the Brooklyn Winery is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood and well worth the trip for visitors.
